Nettle Creek Volunteer Restoration Work Party
Let the steelhead breathe a little easier by helping to restore native ecosystems in the Tryon Creek watershed the third Saturday of each month! Nettle Creek Headwaters is a riparian habitat restoration partnership between the Tryon Creek Watershed Council, the City of Lake Oswego and Three Rivers Land Conservancy. Bring water and meet at project site - gloves and tools provided.

- Directions to Nettle Creek: Send an email to tcwc@tryonfriends.org for a map. From I-5: Take the Kruse Way/Lake Oswego exit (#292). Head east on Kruse Way for 1.5 miles. Turn left (north) onto Boones Ferry Rd for 0.7 miles. Get in the right lane and veer right (east) onto Country Club. Travel 1.5 miles to the all-way stop at Iron Mountain Rd; take a sharp left onto Iron Mountain and stay left. Shortly after, there is a three-way stop at the intersection of Iron Mountain with Andrews and Atwater. Take a left onto Atwater. Site is on the left near the intersection.
